A Little About What We Do

We provide medical and foster care for strays
or animals that have been pulled out of our
local shelter. We also have animals that are
surrendered to us by their owners due to
financial hardships. They want the best for
them so they bring them to us to ensure that
they get the care they need until a new home
is found for them
.

BSL. This legislation does not only apply to the
Pit Bull ban but to
ANY BREED they decide to ban.
One day, it could be your very own companion.

WE ARE IN NEED OF DONATIONS TO HELP
WITH THESE BIG MEDICAL BILLS.
WITHOUT YOU, WE CAN'T SAVE THEM.
WON'T YOU PLEASE HELP TODAY?
Our Precious Sophie came to us after suffering multiple bite wounds at the
hand of her caretaker. She had no medical care and had a condition called
Coccidia. We took her in, got her medical care and made sure she had not
been affected by the neglect and abuse she had endured. We took her to
be socialized with people, children and other dogs small and large.
She soon showed that she was still a happy, loving, loyal, playful soul that
wanted nothing more but to please and be loved by a family of her own.

We are proud to announce that Sophie has been chosen to enter a program
to become a Service Dog for Disabled Veterans and will be placed with her
companion in May 2010 when she graduates! We are proud of this
accomplishment and thank everyone who made it possible for this
gorgeous girl to get a second chance at life and at being loved.
